Jim McElwain has made it a priority to improve football facilities since he became the Gators’ head coach in December 2014.
The Gators added a $17 million indoor practice facility and renovated a set of athletic dorms in 2015. The school also used $25 million to build a new state-of-the-art academic center for athletes. But Florida apparently still has a long way to go.
