Point guard Andrew Nembhard has announced that he will declare for the 2020 NBA Draft after spending two seasons at Florida, according to CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein.
The rising junior averaged 11.2 points and 5.6 assists per game last season and led the team in minutes.
Nembhard has signed with agent Jaafar Choufani, according to Stadium’s Jeff Goodman. Choufani is an NCAA-certified agent, meaning that Nembhard can keep his college eligibility if he decides to withdraw from the draft.
Nembhard is the only non-graduating regular from last season to declare for the draft after leading scorer Keyontae Johnson and guard Scottie Lewis announced that they would return to Gainesville for next season.
