The Florida Gators finally have their back-up quarterback after they lost Deshawn Purdie to Wake Forest last week.
Louisville quarterback transfer Harrison Bailey committed to the Florida Gators on Monday just after he took an official visit to Gainesville this past weekend.
Florida sent quarterback analyst Ryan O’Hara to watch Bailey throw on Thursday and they were impressed with what they watched and immediately set up an official visit with the quarterback.
Bailey who has been at Tennessee, UNLV and Louisville will be entering his sixth season of college football and provides the Gators with some veteran presence to back-up quarterback DJ Lagway next season.
