The Florida Gators picked up their 17th commitment on Tuesday when they picked up an out of state quarterback.
Quarterback Jalen Kitna (6-4, 200, Burleson, TX. High) committed to Florida over Boston College and others on Tuesday.
“I fasted 40 days on my decision and the Lord gave me clarity on Florida,” Kitna said on why he committed to Florida. “Coach [Dan] Mullen and his staff inspired me with the way they run the collective program. The conversations I had the coaches helped and the virtual visit went great.”
Kitna says the Gators coaching staff was excited to hear the news about him joining the class.
