Florida’s two-way superstar Jac Caglianone launched a 401-foot home run in top of the 6th inning against No.13 Vanderbilt on Friday night, marking his 9th consecutive game with a long ball. The home run tied the all-time NCAA record set by former University of Nevada slugger Tyler Bosetti in 2021.
The record setting deep ball came against LHP Carter Holton, who got behind in the count 2-0 before hanging a breaking ball out over the plate to one of the more gifted hitters in college baseball history.
