It’s time to ask tough questions.
In light of Saturday’s embarrassing 31-10 loss to Arkansas, the questions are blowing about like fallen leaves. Specifically: Is Florida’s offensive coaching staff over its head? And was all the hype about how they would rebuild the offense just that?
Nobody involved wants that to be the case. It was much more convenient to attribute last season’s abysmal offense in the second half of the season to bad players. Treon Harris was an awful quarterback, but there were no other options. The line was young. The only playmaker was Antonio Callaway, a true freshman.
