"The work is the same, the basic job duties are the same," said the former Mississippi State athletic director, "but it’s hard to do this job really well if you don't have a lot of institutional knowledge."
Perhaps the biggest accomplishment for Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin in his first 100 days on the job came last week when he moved out of the Residence Inn.
“I’m renting a house, and I’m going to build one so I feel like I’ve graduated,” Stricklin said. “I’ve moved on to the next level of commitment.”
