Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium now will be called “Steve Spurrier-Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.”
“It’s quite an honor,” Spurrier told Ackerman and Matthews. “It’s really something special.”
Spurrier became emotional when discussing the honor.
