GAINESVILLE — After Florida’s Chris Chiozza put back a pair of free throws late Wednesday against Arkansas, Dorian Finney-Smith talked to his teammate at halfcourt while they waited for play to resume.
The two ended their brief conversation with a laugh.
It’s only fitting as the duo — coupled with a newfound efficiency at the free-throw line — paced Florida’s offensive attack en route to an 87-83 win over the Razorbacks.
Finney-Smith scored a team-high 22 points and brought down nine rebounds, while Chiozza scored a career-high 17 points and dished out eight assists.
