Florida and Texas agreed to a home-and-home series with the Gators hosting Texas on September 7, 2030. Florida will travel to Austin, Texas the following season on September 6, 2031.
Florida Athletic Director Scott Stricklin has been making a concerted effort to beef up the Gators’ non-conference schedule. Florida will open the 2019 season in Orlando playing against Miami. The Gators recently announced home-and-home series with both USF and Colorado as well.
