The Florida Gators came limping into the Tuesday night’s matchup looking like a wounded team.
Sophomore wing Deaundrae Ballard wore a large band-aid over his left eye and center Kevarrius Hayes’ nose was heavily bandaged. Even coach Mike White had a bruise under his left eye.
But a few bumps and bruises, much less North Florida, were not going to slow down the Gators, who rolled to a 98-66 win against the Ospreys.
All 11 Gators available scored, led by freshman guard Noah Locke with 18 points to lead six UF players in double figures.
