It was a great weekend all the way around for the Florida football program. Saturday night, the Dan Mullen era began with an impressive 53-6 win over Charleston Southern. Sunday night, the Gators added a commitment to their 2019 recruiting class when four-star offensive tackle William Harrod announced his intentions to head to Gainesville.
Harrod, (6-foot-5, 312 pounds) from Fort Washington (MD.) National Christian Academy, is among the top-35 offensive tackles in the country and is also a top-five overall talent in his home state of Maryland for the 2019 recruiting cycle.
