The Florida Gators have signed a four sets of siblings over the past decade, and they’ll make it five in 2016.
Hallandale receiver Joshua Hammond is the latest recruit to follow in his brother’s footsteps.
“After talking it over with my family, I am truly blessed to announce that I am committed to the University of Florida,” Hammond tweeted Thursday night.
His older brother, former UF wideout Frankie Hammond (2008-2012), congratulated him on Twitter.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Under Armour All-American is ranked 85th nationally by ESPN, but Rivals, Scout and 247Sports rate him as a three-star prospect.
