Florida will have to wait a bit longer to get the bad taste of its upset loss to South Carolina out of its mouth.
Saturday’s men’s basketball game between the No. 22 Gators and LSU has been postponed “due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracing and subsequent quarantining of individuals within the Florida basketball program, consistent with Southeastern Conference COVID-19 management requirements,” the SEC announced on Friday.
No makeup date has been determined. It is also unknown if the Gators will be able to play their games against Tennessee and Texas A&M that are scheduled for next week.
