UF coach Mike White’s team improved its inside game, backcourt depth and, eventually, the Gators’ athleticism off the wing with a trio of players who signed on Wednesday.
A recent exodus left White with four scholarships available and a chance to upgrade the team’s roster following a 20-16 season and second-round exit from the NCAA Tournament.
White went out and inked three players: big man Jason Jitoboh, point guard Ques Glover and small forward Anthony Duruji.
Jitoboh and Glover will be eligible next season. Meanwhile, Duruji, who played the past two seasons at Louisiana Tech, will have to sit out a season under NCAA eligibility rules for transfers.
