Daytona Beach native Colin Castleton is transferring closer to home to join the Florida Gators after two seasons serving in a backup role at Michigan.
Coach Mike White is hoping the 6-foot-11 forward will blossom in his new surroundings after failing to tap his potential with the Wolverines. Castleton, who turns 20 May 25. will sit for the 2020-21 season due to NCAA transfer rules and have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2021-22.
