FSU coach Mike Martin had to tell the overly-animated and distraught first baseman to calm down after one of his five outs earlier in the contest against rival Florida on Tuesday night, reminding him that he could be needed later in the game.
So when Nieporte prepared for his sixth at-bat, he had to tell himself to calm down.
