Florida basketball coach Michael White added one final piece to his 2015 recruiting class Monday.
Justin Leon, a junior college forward who signed with Louisiana Tech in April, has decided to follow White to UF.
“After reviewing my options I have decided to go to Gainesville Florida and join the Gators,” Leon announced on his Twitter account.
An Arkansas native, the 6-foot-8, 205-pounder spent the past two years at Shawnee Community College in Illinois and averaged 21.5 points and 10.0 rebounds last season.
Leon will be eligible to play immediately and gives the Gators 12 scholarship players for 2015-2016, one short of the NCAA maximum of 13.
