Two former Florida Gators basketball players will be getting their shot in the National Basketball Association this summer.
Michael Frazier II and Scottie Wilbekin were both given opportunities to join summer leagues for NBA teams.
Frazier (6’4”, 194 lbs.) was signed with the recent champions, the Golden State Warriors and will play in the Las Vegas summer league from July 10-20.
If signed (and none of the rumored trades pan out) Frazier would join two former Florida Gators in David Lee and Marreese Speights.
The Warriors recently shot their way to their first NBA championship in four decades by going small and putting an emphasis on shooting.
