COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Florida needed a win to keep its faint NCAA Tournament hopes alive.
The Gators found a way to snap their four-game losing streak against the worst team in the SEC, beating Missouri 82-72 on Saturday night at Mizzou Arena.
Dorian Finney-Smith led four Florida scorers in double-figures with 20 points. Point guard Chris Chiozza added 17 points and eight assists for the Gators (18-13, 9-9 SEC) and freshman guard KeVaughn Allen had 13 points.
The Gators led by as many as 21 points in the second half before holding on late.
