The Florida Gators may have become notorious for offensive struggles over the last decade, but they’ve still managed to put points on the board in all of their games in the 2010s.
And in the 2000s. And in the 1990s, too.
And a field goal by Eddy Piñeiro in the second quarter of Saturday’s game against LSU gave the Gators points for their 366th consecutive game — setting a new NCAA record for the Football Bowl Subdivision.
The Gators’ score on this Saturday broke a tie with Michigan, which saw a 365-game streak of scoring end in 2014 in a 31-0 shutout against Notre Dame.
