The Florida Gators hosted their first junior day of the year on Saturday where over 75 kids were on campus. 2026 tight end Kaiden Prothro made his second trip to Gainesville after visiting for the LSU game on November 16th.
“Really just getting around, see what it’s like to be a player here, just walking around with the coaches and spending time talking with some of the players, just talking to coach Napier, just getting around the facilities and just being around. It was awesome today,” Prothro said on his second trip to UF.
Prothro said the highlight of his trip was seeing the player development on and off the field, as well as learning about Florida’s Gator Made program, which is a ‘holistic player-focused and purpose-driven initiative that develops football scholar-athletes during their time at UF and beyond.
