Florida will go into Saturday's rivalry game against Tennessee without two key players.
Sophomore quarterback Treon Harris and defensive back Jalen Tabor have been suspended, coach Jim McElwain told reporters after Wednesday's practice.
Harris started the season opener and split time with redshirt freshman Will Grier against East Carolina but did not play last week. Grier played the entire Kentucky game, but coach Jim McElwain said that decision didn't necessarily mean Grier would start Saturday against Tennessee.
Harris is 19-of-27 for 269 yards and two touchdowns this season. He has also rushed eight times for 55 yards.
