Florida's spring football game is getting the Friday night lights treatment.
The Gators announced Friday that they will play their annual spring game on Friday, April 8 at 7 p.m. at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. UF (and most other schools) typically play their spring exhibition games on Saturdays.
Admission to the game is free.
If you're planning ahead, Florida State will play its game the next day, at 5 p.m. in Orlando's Citrus Bowl.
