The Florida Gators hosted several big name prospects on campus on Saturday and they picked up a commitment from a prospect that is still three years away from signing.
2019 safety Jaleel McRae (6-1, 185, New Smyrna Beach, FL High) committed to Florida on Saturday after receiving an offer earlier in the day.
“I always wanted to play for Florida so that’s why I committed so early,” McRae said. “I went up there today [Saturday] and the coaches treated me like I was their son and it felt like home. I think the coaches will be a father figure to me when I get up there to play.
