CLEMSON, S.C. – The No. 8 Florida lacrosse team (6-2, 0-0 Big 12) looks to win its fourth consecutive game, as they will take on No. 15 Clemson (6-3, 2-2 ACC) on Thursday at 12 p.m. It is the first ever meeting between the two programs.
The Gators come into this matchup off a 22-9 victory at Mercer on Saturday. The Gators set season highs in goals, assists (10), points (32) and draw controls, led offensively by Clark Hamilton and Gianna Monaco who totaled five goals apiece. It was the first time two Gators have scored five or more goals in the same game since Emily Heller and Emma LoPinto did it on April 8, 2023 against Temple.
