GAINESVILE, Fla. – After taking on the top-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels in a Top-10 matchup, the Gators picked up two American Athletic Conference awards, as the league announced Monday.
Sarah Reznick earned her second-straight AAC Freshman of the Week honor, while Grace Haus was named to the Honor Roll for the second time in two weeks.
Reznick earned Freshman of the Week honors after recording 16 saves on a .593 save percentage against No. 1 UNC. The 16 saves were not only a career-high for Reznick, but tied the program record for most saves in a game (Hicklen – twice).
