Florida Gators fall in blowout fashion to the Miami Hurricanes

The Florida Gators (0-1) lost to the Miami Hurricanes (1-0) 38-17 on Saturday afternoon in blow-out fashion.

The Hurricanes defense dominated the Gators and outside of one long run from Montrell Johnson, the rushing game was non-existent for Florida.

Quarterback Graham Mertz was injured during the third quarter and had to leave the game.

On defense, the Gators had no answer for Cam Ward and the Canes’ passing attack.
