Florida Gators: 6 players undergo offseason surgery

Martez Ivey ended the season much like he began it.

After the Gators freshman offensive lineman missed the first two games of the season due to a minor knee injury, the University of Florida announced Wednesday he underwent shoulder surgery this week.

Ivey, who was a consensus five-star prospect out of Apopka High, played in 12 games and started the final eight.
