Florida finally has its quarterback for the 2016 recruiting cycle — or at least one of them. Texas quarterback Kyle Trask committed to the Gators on Sunday, as first reported by Blake Alderman of Rivals and later confirmed by Trask himself.

Trask camped at Florida for Friday Night Lights, and was offered on Friday. He hails from Manvel High in Texas, near Houston, and Texas is widely regarded to be either the best or second-best state in the country behind California for quarterback play.
