The Gators announced on Monday that they are holding walk-on tryouts in search of place kickers since Austin Hardin and Jorge Powell have dealt with their share of injuries and inconsistencies making field goals.
The Florida recruiting office tweeted out on Monday: "All calls for kickers! #Gators are looking for walk-on kickers. Visit the football office today by 4:30 p.m. to sign up for a tryout."
Neither kicker on the team has impressed so far through seven games.
