It’s a throwback to the 1960s for Florida football on Saturday afternoon against Auburn.
According to the school, the Gators will be rolling old school in a tribute to the 1960s.
They will wear retro uniforms complete with blue jerseys, white pants, black shoes and white helmets with the “F” centered on the side.
The uniforms No. 10 Florida football will sport against No. 7 Auburn Saturday afternoon are similar to those worn by former head coach Steve Spurrier during his time as Gators’ quarterback.
It goes back to some of the original uniform designs prior to the orange helmet — adopted in 1968 by head coach Ray Graves.
