Summer is the time when football commits visit other schools to make sure they have made the right decision.
Florida football commit Johnnie Brown spent Friday in the Florida Panhandle visiting rival Florida State.
According to 247Sports, Brown spent the day with the coaching staff for the Seminoles, including head coach Willie Taggart.
“Kind of like a friendship,” Brown told 247Sports. “Everything was based off athleticism. Talked to me about my grades and stuff. Coach Woodie’s a nice guy, pretty cool.”
The four-star lineman also had a 1-on-1 workout with special teams coach Mark Snyder.
