Former Florida Gators tight end Jordan Reed has decided to retire from the NFL after a seven-year career, as NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
Reed, who started at Florida as a quarterback in his freshman season, made the switch to tight end in 2011. Reed was never a superstar at Florida, but he was a well-respected player, and fans loved what he brought to the field.
