According to a sworn complaint filed by the Gainesville Police Department, Jackson contacted a 19-year-old acquaintance to hang out and smoke marijuana.
At about 3:45 p.m. Saturday, Jackson and two others entered the acquaintance's home at the Canopy apartment complex on Southwest 20th Avenue.
Jackson opened the door without knocking, looked inside and then quickly shut the door, according to the complaint. This was seen by two other males, identified as victims two and three in the complaint. They informed the acquaintance about what Jackson had done, then he let Jackson and two unidentified suspects into the apartment.
