Five things to watch during Gators' spring game

The Florida Gators ended last season with a flourish, capped by a 41-15 beat-down of Michigan during the Peach Bowl and a top-10 ranking. The spring game, scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday in the Swamp, will offer fans a chance to see how Dan Mullen’s squad is building on the success.

Here are five things to watch:

1. How far have the quarterbacks come in Year 2 under Mullen?

There won’t be the quarterback questions of past games, but the position still will assume center stage. A two-year starter, Feleipe Franks continues to grow and distance himself in the race for the top spot on the depth chart.
