Former Florida Gators cornerback and Jefferson High star Deiondre Porter was arrested late Monday evening in Hillsborough County relating to an armed robbery case, according to public documents.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested Porter at 10:07 p.m. in Riverview because of an out-of-county warrant on an armed robbery complaint.
Porter, 20, was arrested in October after police said he fired a handgun near his then-pregnant girlfriend in Gainesville. He faces four felony charges, according to Alachua County court records; that case remains open.
Porter was indefinitely suspended after the October arrest; he is no longer listed on UF's roster.
