Florida football capped off the 2024 campaign with a 33-8 win over Tulane in the Gasparilla Bowl, finishing with an 8-5 record this season. The Gators cruised to a victory in Tampa, but freshman quarterback DJ Lagway wasn’t pleased with his showing and plans to get right to work this offseason.
“It definitely gave me an edge. It’s a bad taste in my mouth with my performance,” Lagway said postgame. “So it’s going to be straight to work this offseason. I have some goals, you know personal and for the team, so it’s gonna be a great offseason.
