The Florida Gators picked up their 13th commitment of the Class of 2025 on Friday when a big instate legacy target committed to Florida.
Defensive back Ben Hanks Jr. (6-1, 170, Miami, FL. Booker T. Washington) committed to Florida over Louisville and Miami on Friday.
Hanks is the son of former Gators’ linebacker Ben Hanks as now the coaching staff has two legacy commits as Hanks joins Vernell Brown III in the class.
The defensive back is considered one of the top prospects at his position and Hanks was a guy that the Gators were trailing for until defensive backs coach Will Harris got on campus.
