UF running back Malik Davis will enter the NFL Draft, he announced late on Tuesday night.
Though he was listed as a redshirt senior on the 2021 roster, he had another season of eligibility available to him due to the NCAA’s decision to not count the pandemic-affected 2020 season against players’ eligibility.
The Tampa native finishes his college career with 284 carries for 1,470 yards and eight touchdowns. He also caught 70 passes for 726 yards and two scores.
Davis burst onto the scene right away as a freshman in 2017. He led the team with 526 yards on 79 carries through seven games.
