The Florida Gators picked up a big commitment on Wednesday afternoon from an instate prospect in the Class of 2024.
Defensive lineman D’Antre Robinson (6-4, 314, Orlando, FL. Jones) committed to Florida just one day after being released from his NLI at Texas.
Robinson had signed with Texas, but once defensive line coach Bo Davis went to LSU, the Orlando native asked out of NLI and didn’t report to Austin to start classes.
The defensive lineman will enroll early in Gainesville and go through spring ball with the Gators which would provide the staff with a big addition on the line.
