SEC Network analyst Chris Doering says the insertion of Luke Del Rio as the starting quarterback makes Florida a “completely different offensive unit.”
Doering, who also is a former star receiver at Florida, joined 1010XL Radio in Jacksonville on Tuesday and provided some general thoughts on Florida’s offense through three games.
“On Sunday, I went back and watched the coaches’ tape of the Gator offense vs. Kentucky, and once Luke Del Rio went into the ballgame I saw a completely different offensive unit,” Doering said. “There is a lot that I feel better about in terms of being a Florida alum and in terms of where this team is headed.
