To bring top recruits to the Swamp, Dan Mullen is taking to the skies – and he’s taking a page out of Nick Saban’s ultra-successful recruiting playbook.
One week before National Signing Day, Mullen is using a helicopter to recruit prospects to Florida. His aerial entrance at Largo (Fla.) High was recorded on Twitter.

The school’s football Twitter account said Mullen was at Largo — in the Tampa Bay area — to see four-star 2019 defensive tackle Jaquaze Sorrells, 2019 tackle Raymond Collins and 2020 running back Jayion McCluster, who all have Florida offers.
