The Florida Gators are looking for their quarterback for the 2022 class and quarterback coach Garrick McGee has been recruiting a few guys very hard.
2022 quarterback Cade Klubnik (6-2, 178, Austin, TX. Westlake) is one of those guys McGee is after and the two spoke at length on Tuesday night.
“It was good, we just did a zoom call with my parents and we talked about all kinds of stuff,” Klubnik said of his call with Florida on Tuesday. “We’re setting up a virtual visit for next week but this call went really well. This was our third or fourth zoom but this was my parents’ first one talking with Coach McGee.
