ORLANDO - Florida coach Jim McElwain has been talking all season about choices. Players, coaches, even fans -- they all have choices they can make, McElwain stressed.
1. Beaten badly on both lines of scrimmage, the Gators were no match for an energized and balanced Michigan team that pinned the second-worst loss on UF in school history.
2. The usually strong and reliable Florida defense caved in, turning in its worst performance of the season, giving up 503 total yards.
3. After a promising start, QB Treon Harris and the Florida offense melted in the second half, gaining a mere 28 yards as the Gators were outscored 24-0.
