Florida coach Dan Mullen got two bits of good news in a 30-minute stretch Wednesday afternoon. First, four-star wide receiver Jacob Copeland picked the Gators, then four-star offensive tackle Richard Gouraige followed through on his commitment and signed with UF.
Gouraige (6 feet 5, 271 pounds) is one of the top-10 tackles nationally and a top-100 prospect overall. He committed to Florida in October but did not sign during the early signing period. Gouraige visited Clemson and Ole Miss in January as well as Florida, and in the end, he stuck with the Gators.
It was a big get for Mullen.
