The Florida Gators picked up a huge commitment on Wednesday when one of the top players in the 2024 class committed to the Gators.
2024 quarterback DJ Lagway (6-2, 225, Willis, TX. High) committed to the Gators over USC, Texas A&M and several others on Wednesday when he announced his commitment on ESPN.
“The coaching staff has been amazing,” Lagway said on why he committed to Florida. “I’m just excited to get to work and get the number 1 class.”
Lagway has been a frequent visitor to Gainesville including for two games this fall when he watched the Gators take on Kentucky and LSU.
