Four-star LB Jeffrey McCulloch (Houston, TX) has decided to take a handful of official visits, and the Florida Gators will receive one of them, along with Notre Dame, Stanford and UCLA.
The Gators have made quite the early impression with their relentless pursuit, McCulloch told 247sports. "Every last coach on their staff hits me up. Every time I move they all text me, and I love it. It's a great program. They're on the come-up with this recent coaching change. As you can see, he's already started building up the program, building up the school as well. Everything they need to ensure greatness."
Florida has a big need at linebacker, and McCulloch is well aware of the depth chart.
"They're saying they're short and I can come in and play early, which I like to hear," he said.
McCulloch is rated as the No. 103 overall player in the nation and the No. 10 outside linebacker.
