Florida defensive tackle Leon Orr won't play against Vanderbilt tonight for the Gators after he decided to take a bus and return to Gainesville after learning he wouldn't start.
Head coach Will Muschamp said Orr was still expected to be "heavily involved" in their game plan, but the Orr expressed "displeasure" when learning he wouldn't start.
"He was more concerned with starting than being part of the team,'' according to Muschamp.
Orr had started two of Florida's first seven games of the season, but Florida's defense has improved since junior Jonathan Bullard moved to defensive tackle from defensive end.
The Gators are 4-3 (3-3 in SEC) on the season.
