The game was originally set to begin on Nov. 10 before its postponement to Monday evening due to Hurricane Nicole.
FAU outscored Bethune-Cookman 15-13 in the first quarter. Despite the close gap, the Owls were more accurate in their shot selection with a shooting efficiency of 46.7% compared to the Wildcats’ 35.
